RetailAccess.com is a Learn and Earn™ site. bds mktg developed the Learn and Earn™ concept to provide online training for retail sales associates. The Learn and Earn™ model is based upon offering in-depth training in an easy-to-use and understand format, along with prize and free product incentives, to improve the skill level of our members in the sale and support of our vendors’ products and technology.

The Learn and Earn™ concept is the key to the success of www.retailaccess.com, which provides training for sales associates at some of the nation’s best known retailers. Our vendors offer detailed training modules on featured products each month. As Retail Access members successfully complete each training module, their product knowledge is tested by passing a short quiz to qualify for entry into monthly random drawings for prizes or to order free Not-for-Resale products. Several thousands of dollars in prizes and products are offered each month, and the desire to keep informed and the opportunity to win keeps members coming back month after month.
